StockTinder — Terms of Service

By accessing or using StockTinder (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
1. Who We Are
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the StockTinder mobile apps, websites, APIs, and services (the “Service”). “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the owner/operator of StockTinder.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Your Account
• You are responsible for your account and credentials.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use via the in-app Support flow.
• We may require identity verification for certain features.
4. Financial Disclaimers — No Investment Advice
• StockTinder is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange.
• Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Content (including AI outputs, signals, posts, charts, and messages) is for informational and educational purposes only and may be incorrect, delayed, or incomplete.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you post (text, images, video, audio, charts, links, tickers, reactions, comments, messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, create derivative works, distribute, publicly perform and display such content to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
6. Acceptable Use & Community Rules
• No unlawful activity, including market manipulation or insider trading.
• No false or misleading statements intended to influence a security’s price.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or threats.
• No spam, bots, scraping, or excessive load.
• No malware, hacking, or security circumvention.
• No posting of others’ personal data without permission.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation.
7. Prohibited Content
• Sexually explicit content, exploitation, or pornography.
• Graphic violence or shocking content.
• Content that promotes self-harm, dangerous or illegal activities.
• Hate or extremist content, or incitement to violence.
• IP-infringing content (unlicensed copyrighted material, logos, etc.).
8. UGC Moderation & Reporting
We moderate user-generated content. You can report posts via in-app tools or the Contact page. We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. AI Features & Automated Signals
The Service may include AI-generated summaries, signals, and suggestions. These may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify information before acting.
10. Market Data, Third Parties, and Links
Market data/news may be provided by third parties and is offered “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Links don’t imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
11. Ads & Monetization
• We display advertising (e.g., Google AdSense). Ads are labeled and must not be confused with content.
• You agree not to engage in invalid traffic (e.g., automated clicks, click-bombing) or incentivize ad clicks.
• Publishers and users must not request, encourage, or require others to click ads.
• Ad placement must follow program policies; we may adjust layouts to remain compliant.
12. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
• Prices and features may change with notice.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled via app store settings.
• Refunds per applicable app store policies or posted terms.
• Taxes/fees may apply.
13. Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by us or licensors and protected by IP laws.
14. Feedback
If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.
15. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with a detailed notice (work identified, infringing URL, your contact info, and a statement made under penalty of perjury). We may remove or disable access to alleged infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk to others, or as required by law. Certain sections survive termination.
17. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
19. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, use, or violations of these Terms or applicable law.
20. Governing Law; Venue
Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Company is organized; venue as selected by Company unless law requires otherwise.
21. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration; you waive jury trial and class action participation. You may opt out via in-app Support within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
22. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be noticed in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
23. Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced (including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
