All content on StockTinder, including posts, comments, stock analysis, AI picks, and market data, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

You retain ownership of content you post on StockTinder. By posting, you grant StockTinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; manipulate markets or engage in pump-and-dump schemes; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; share another person's private information without consent; violate any applicable securities laws or regulations.

The paper trading feature uses simulated money and does not involve real funds. Paper trading results do not guarantee equivalent real-money performance. Simulated trading is provided for educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, abusive conduct, or any reason we deem appropriate. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

StockTinder and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any content posted by users, investment decisions made based on information from the app, or technical errors or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of StockTinder after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

StockTinder may offer a virtual rewards system ('Coins') that can be earned through in-app activity and spent to unlock features. Coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. Phase 2 may introduce a blockchain-based token ($STC) subject to separate terms.

StockTinder may allow users to create and participate in community polls for stock price predictions. Poll results are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Polls are user-generated content and StockTinder does not verify the accuracy of any prediction or outcome. Users are solely responsible for any investment decisions made in connection with poll results.

StockTinder displays cryptocurrency price data for informational purposes only. We are not a crypto exchange, custodian, or wallet provider. We do not hold, transfer, or store any cryptocurrency on your behalf. Crypto markets are highly volatile and unregulated compared to traditional securities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of StockTinder shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@stocktinder.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, waiving any right to class action proceedings.
