StockTinder is a social platform for sharing investment ideas and market commentary. You must be at least 18 years old to use StockTinder. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All content on StockTinder, including posts, comments, stock analysis, AI picks, AI Agent responses, AI Chart Analyzer levels and explanations, scanner results, and market data, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

You retain ownership of content you post on StockTinder. By posting, you grant StockTinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; manipulate markets or engage in pump-and-dump schemes; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; share another person's private information without consent; violate any applicable securities laws or regulations.

The paper trading feature uses simulated money and does not involve real funds. Simulated U.S. equity trades are available during regular market hours (9:30 AM–4:00 PM ET) and an after-hours session (4:00–8:00 PM ET); after-hours fills use extended-hours quotes, which can be thinner, more volatile and less representative than regular-session prices. Paper trading results do not guarantee equivalent real-money performance. Simulated trading is provided for educational purposes only. Stock, ETF, options, fundamentals and news data are provided by Intrinio (stock prices from Intrinio EquitiesEdge, a real-time modeled price feed rather than the consolidated exchange tape; option values from Intrinio OptionsEdge synthetic fair-market values and end-of-day data). Crypto prices come from Kraken public market data, Treasury yields from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and congressional trades from official U.S. House Clerk and Senate disclosure filings. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

StockTinder's options chains, signals, strategy suggestions, payoff analysis, alerts and AI explanations are informational and are not investment advice or recommendations. Options involve substantial risk, can expire worthless, and short-dated (including same-day/0DTE) options can lose value very rapidly; multi-leg strategies add further risks. Displayed option prices may be Intrinio synthetic fair-market values or prior-session values and can differ from executable prices. Signal Confidence and Setup Confidence measure indicator agreement, not the probability of profit. Payoff figures are models based on stated assumptions. Options trading on StockTinder is simulated with virtual money under the paper rules in the Options Risk Disclosure; StockTinder does not offer real-money options trading.

The AI Agent can answer questions, create watch tasks, prepare paper-trade proposals and draft trading mandates. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or misheard; you are responsible for reviewing every proposal and mandate before you approve or enable it. Proposals are executed only after you approve them. Where available, an enabled trading mandate authorizes StockTinder to place simulated paper trades on your behalf within the limits you set, subject to its Risk Engine, until the mandate expires, you disable it, or you use STOP AUTOTRADING. StockTinder may reject, resize, delay or not execute any automated order, may change or disable automated features at any time, and does not offer automated trading with real money.

Where available, voice features use your device microphone only after you start a voice session and grant permission. By using voice, you agree that your audio is streamed to a third-party AI model provider for speech recognition and responses. Do not use voice to share other people's personal information, and do not use it where you are not permitted to record or transmit audio.

You agree not to attempt to bypass AI Agent limits, risk controls, rate limits or feature restrictions; manipulate the Agent into producing harmful, misleading or unlawful content; use AI features to generate market-manipulation or spam content; or scrape, resell or automate access to AI features. We may limit or suspend AI features for misuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, abusive conduct, or any reason we deem appropriate. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

StockTinder and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any content posted by users, reliance on AI-generated or automated output, simulated trades placed by automated features you enabled, investment decisions made based on information from the app, or technical errors, data delays or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of StockTinder after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

StockTinder may offer a virtual rewards system ('StockTinder Tokens') that can be earned through in-app activity and spent to unlock features. Tokens are internal reward points only: they have no monetary, cash, or investment value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or traded. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. StockTinder may separately explore an unrelated blockchain-based digital asset in the future; any such asset would be governed by its own separate terms, and StockTinder Tokens are not, and are not promised to become, that or any other cryptocurrency or digital asset.

StockTinder may allow users to create and participate in community polls for stock price predictions. Poll results are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Polls are user-generated content and StockTinder does not verify the accuracy of any prediction or outcome. Users are solely responsible for any investment decisions made in connection with poll results.

StockTinder displays cryptocurrency price data for informational purposes only. We are not a crypto exchange, custodian, or wallet provider. We do not hold, transfer, or store any cryptocurrency on your behalf. Crypto markets are highly volatile and unregulated compared to traditional securities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of StockTinder shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@stocktinder.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, waiving any right to class action proceedings.
