Not Financial Advice
All content on StockTinder — including user posts, AI-generated analysis, stock data, signals, community discussions, and market commentary — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Risk of Loss
Investing in securities, options, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — whether from other users, AI signals, or historical data — does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
User-Generated Content
Posts, comments, picks, and opinions shared by other users on StockTinder represent the personal views of those individuals only. StockTinder does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-generated content. Users may have conflicts of interest, including holding positions in securities they discuss.
AI-Generated Content
Signals, scanner results, chart levels, patterns, rankings and summaries on StockTinder are generated by rule-based algorithms, technical indicators, keyword/text processing, and heuristic ranking. AI Agent replies, voice responses, command interpretation and AI Chart Analyzer explanations use a third-party AI model, which can misunderstand questions, mishear numbers, or state things with more confidence than is warranted. Confidence and signal-strength scores reflect how much indicators agree, not the probability that a trade will be profitable. All of this may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
Paper Trading
Paper trading features use simulated virtual money. The simulator models bid/ask spread and bounded slippage for supported order flows, but it does not reproduce a real exchange order book, queue priority, full liquidity constraints, every partial-fill scenario, fees/taxes, or the behavioral effects of real-money trading. After-hours paper trades (4:00–8:00 PM ET) use extended-hours quotes, where real markets typically have less liquidity, wider spreads and larger price swings than the regular session. Paper results should not be used to predict real-money outcomes.
Options
Options involve substantial risk and can expire worthless; short-duration and 0DTE options can lose value very rapidly, and multi-leg strategies introduce additional risks. Option prices shown may be Intrinio synthetic fair-market values or prior-session values and may differ from executable market prices. Signal Confidence is not a probability of profit, strategy payoffs are models based on stated assumptions, and AI explanations are informational. Options trading on StockTinder is paper trading only and does not represent actual brokerage execution. See the Options Risk Disclosure for the full paper rules.
Market Data
Stock, ETF, options, fundamentals and news data are provided by Intrinio (stock prices from Intrinio EquitiesEdge, a real-time modeled price feed rather than the consolidated exchange tape; option values from Intrinio OptionsEdge synthetic fair-market values and end-of-day data). Crypto prices come from Kraken public market data, Treasury yields from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and congressional trades from official U.S. House Clerk and Senate disclosure filings. Data may be delayed, modeled, incomplete or unavailable and is provided without warranty.
Automated & AI-Assisted Paper Trading
Auto-Pilot bots, Agent watch tasks, and (where available) trading mandates can place simulated paper trades automatically within limits you set. Risk limits, stop-losses and STOP AUTOTRADING reduce but do not eliminate simulated losses: automated orders can be delayed, skipped, filled at different prices than expected, or affected by stale data and service outages. Automated paper-trading results, including any strategy's past performance, do not predict real-money results. StockTinder does not offer automated trading with real money.
Do Your Own Research
Before making any investment decision, you should conduct your own independent research and consult with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney as appropriate to your personal situation.
Regulatory Compliance
StockTinder is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any other financial regulatory body as a broker-dealer or investment advisor. We do not execute real securities or cryptocurrency trades, connect to your brokerage account, or hold customer funds; all trades placed in StockTinder are simulated. Always use a licensed brokerage for actual securities transactions.
Social Influence Risk
Following or copying trades made by other users or politicians (Congress Trades) carries unique risks. Popular trades may reflect herd behavior rather than sound analysis. The fact that a prominent trader or public official holds a position is not a recommendation to do the same. Always evaluate positions independently.
Cryptocurrency Risk
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, largely unregulated, and operate 24/7. Crypto assets can lose value rapidly and without warning. StockTinder displays crypto data for monitoring purposes only — we are not a crypto exchange or custodian and do not facilitate crypto transactions.
