Enforcement
We review reported content and may take the following actions depending on severity:
Warning
First violation with minor impact — content removed with a notice.
Temporary suspension
Repeated violations or moderate severity — account restricted for 7–30 days.
Permanent ban
Severe violations (fraud, market manipulation, harassment) — account permanently removed.
Financial Integrity
Market manipulation is illegal and will result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities. This includes coordinated buying campaigns, spreading false rumors to move a stock price, and any conduct that violates securities law.
Disclosure Rules
When posting about a stock, you must disclose if you hold a position. Use language like "I own this" or "I'm short this." Influencer accounts or users with large followings have a heightened responsibility to be transparent — undisclosed promotion of positions you hold is a violation of these guidelines and may violate securities regulations.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you may appeal by emailing community@stocktinder.app with the subject "Appeal Request." Include your username, the content in question, and why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review appeals within 5 business days.
